The Mind: Experience Unshakable Peace from Within

Does your “Mind Field” sometimes feel like a “MINE FIELD”?

Like one day you’re walking along just fine… perfectly happy with yourself and your thoughts and where you’re at in life.

And then - BOOM!

One little thing throws you off-kilter. All of a sudden your internal dialog is full of doubt, fear, negative self-talk. You start to question your self-worth.

But even when it’s uncomfortable as hell - you’ve gotten really good at just ignoring that turbulent inner landscape.

You continue to push forward anyway to keep up with the world around you, without addressing the choas that’s brewing within.

The problem is, if you allow these stress-thoughts to go unchecked for too much longer… they will eventually lead to serious dis-ease in the mind, body, heart and home.

During the ‘Mind’ module of Holistic Harmony, we’ll dive deeply into the science around exactly how these stress-thoughts become the seeds of illness.

The Body: Renew Your Vibrant Energy

Once you develop the foundation of your peaceful mindset, you’ll learn to renew your sense of energy, lightness, and vibrance in the Body.

We’ll follow a two-fold process:

First - as crazy as this sounds - you’ll learn to love your physical discomfort and/or pain. It’s there to help you, I promise!

Just as you learned to work in harmony with your stress-thoughts in the Mind - you’ll learn to identify and embrace the messages of imbalance your Body is trying to send you through your skin, digestion, sleep patterns and more.

I’ll work with you to “decode” these messages so that you know exactly which lifestyle changes to make in terms of diet, healing touch, and movement.

These changes will relieve built-up tension and physical stress, and you’ll notice a positive shift in your energy levels almost immediately.

The next step is to increase your Body’s capacity to feel pleasure, lightness and joy.

I’ll teach you two of my signature embodiment practices that will help you develop a relationship with your Body as your ally, rather than your enemy.

You’ll learn to love yourself exactly as you are and move in a way that is fully self-expressed.

The Heart: Nurture and Heal Your Emotions

I’m gonna be honest with you about something that the typical Mind/Body Program tends to fluff up (or even ignore altogether).

When you actively, intentionally work on restoring your peace of mind and renewing vibrance in your body… the journey doesn’t stop there.

And what comes next isn’t always kittens and rainbows.

You’ll likely experience a whole range of emotions start to bubble up, that were once neatly tucked away below the surface.

It can shift from neat to messy real quick.

But if you want to create lasting change, you’ve got to courageously bring the emotions UP instead of shoving them back down. So that you can acknowledge them. Embrace them. Heal them once and for all.

Think about it like trying to hold a huge beach ball underwater.

It takes a lot of pressure, force and effort on your part to keep it down below the depths. It’s HARD.

And once you finally decide to release your grip and let go - let’s be real. That baby very well may fly up and smack you right in the face!

Sure, it may sting a little at first. But trust me, that’s quickly overshadowed by the sweet relief you’ll feel from releasing all the pressure and effort.

Talk about freedom!

In the ‘Heart’ module of Holistic Harmony, you’re going to become best friends with each and every one of your emotions. Good, bad, dark, light, cute, ugly… the whole damn range of what it means to be human.

It’s a journey of not making yourself wrong for having the emotions you have.

Instead, you’ll discover how to allow them (and yourself) to simply BE. You’ll embrace your emotions as a helpful and necessary part of the whole complete human that you are.

Guess what, love?

By the time we get to the Home module, you’ll be a whole new version of yourself.

You’ve done all the internal work to develop yourself, work on yourself, and now you feel so balanced and empowered.

Unless you create an external environment that can reflect and support your inner changes, it’s very likely you’ll eventually go right back to where you started. This has nothing to do with you, it’s just the dynamic of human nature.

This is where many programs fall short, and where I’m not going to drop you.

You’ll learn my favorite practices for cleansing, reorganizing and restructuring your Home to reflect the renewed, energized, and vibrant woman you are.

Your physical space will become a living, breathing vision board that keeps you on track and accountable as you continue this journey well beyond the 12 weeks of the program.

And - Home also encompasses so much more than the “place” that you live in.

It’s your family, your colleagues, your community. The relationships you cultivate with everyone around you.

For better or worse, it can be a little strange for folks to adjust to this renewed and refreshed version of You.

Your job is to learn new ways of communicating with clarity, conviction and compassion.

I’ll teach you a powerful 5-step communication process that will help you express your emotions, set healthy boundaries, neutralize difficult conversations, and speak up for what you want and need… even if you’ve never effectively done so before.

I had zero patience or compassion, and hadn’t slept through the night in 20 years. How Much is Your Stress Costing You?

When do the Live coaching calls take place?

Our weekly sessions take place on Tuesdays, beginning on Sept 7, 2021 and ending on Nov 23, 2021.

Calls are scheduled at 7pm Eastern | 4pm Pacific.

You'll also have 3 weeks "off" throughout the program to allow for integration, breathing room or catching up.

Live Q&A sessions will be held on varying weekdays during the "off" weeks, to ensure you feel supported every step of the way!

What happens if I can't attend Live?

All sessions are recorded and available in our private Facebook group within 24 hours (and often much sooner!)

While I do encourage you to join in real time as often as you can, the program is designed in such a way that the real progress will happen in between calls. You'll still receive massive support and connection in our online community to feel 100% supported.
